There is actually a Phra Rahu temple in Singapore located at 871 Upp Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 678174. The 8 types of black food offerings to Phra Rahu is provided at the temple for a donation of $10 and it includes black joss sticks and a faux black rose. Wednesdays is the official day to pray to Phra Rahu and they are open till midnite. Parking is a bit scarce at the temple for people who drive.
